When can I play Saturday Lotteries?
Saturday night Lotto is drawn weekly at 8:30pm (AEST) on Saturday nights, entries close Saturday 6:30pm (AEST). Results will usually be up here right after the draw, by 9pm (AEST).
A veteran game of 26 years, Saturday night Lotto guarantees a draw of at least $4 million each week, and all you have to do is pick your numbers and wait for them to be drawn. It’s as easy as pie; pick 4 or more of the main winning numbers and you’ve won!
Each entry consists of 6 – 18 numbers, and this can be done manually by the individual, or picked automatically by the lotto site. If you’ve got lucky numbers, use them! Standard Saturday Lotto allows you to pick 6 numbers, and Systems or Super Combos entries give you the option to pick more numbers to boost your chances of winning. For the best chance of a payout, there are Syndicates, which pool individual resources to increase the number of entries.
You may enter Saturday Lotto from as little as $0.80. Tickets may be purchased as a single week draw or multiple-week entry. A multi-week entry allows one to use the same numbers for 5, 10, 25 or 50 weeks. This is handy for busy people, or people who play the same numbers week to week, as it saves one making many trips to the newsagent.
Each Saturday night, Lotto officials draw 8 numbers –the first 6 are the “winning numbers” and the last 2 are “supplementary numbers”. Depending on how many of yours numbers come up, the payout is different. If you get all of the first 6, you’re a First Division winner, sharing in a minimum of $4 million! There are five divisions of winners, with different payouts for each one.
